Conditions of Sales

 

Photo Create will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays

Minimum order size of $40, not including freight and packaging charges

Prices are those in effect at time of shipment, and are subject to change without notice

All equipment is sold with the understanding that all sales are final

Returns policy:            Shipping and handling costs are non refundable
If in the rare instance you find you have defective product, contact us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. The product will need to be returned for verification, and replacement stock will not be sent until receipt of defective product by photo create.
Non defective products may be returned for credit. Only resalable items will be considered for return. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned non-defective product. Credit will not be issued until the product is received by photo create and it is verified to be of re-saleable quality. No credit will be issued or considered more than 30 days past the invoice date.
All returns will need to be approved by photo create, and a return authorization number will be issued. Returned goods are the customers responsibility until received by photo create. It is advised to obtain transit insurance and a tracking number for returns.

Payment by Eazypay, VISA or Mastercard.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returned non-defective product.
